Senior Account Manager
  • You have experience in sales and account management

THE JOB

Program development
  • Analyzing drivers of churn and building a plan to proactively combat friction in hosting
  • Design an engagement strategy to increase activity and usage within the community
  • Establish framework for performance measurement and piloting new tactics

Sales:
  • You will be responsible for Core Host retention
  • You will be responsible for engaging our existing community of hosts that are currently generating revenue through nights
  • You will will design and implement programs that increase earnings and loyalty of our core host segments
  • You will own, track, and report on revenue targets for the business
  • You will lead through inspiration and our core value of belonging

Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in account management, customer success, or program management
  • Bachelor’ s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.)
  • You are strategic in your thinking with a proven ability to own growth OKRs and exceed goals
  • Can forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics based on known and unknown performance
  • Intermediate SQL skills required
  • You have account management or sales experience across tech and consumer goods
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for our community and passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of a people powered sales cycles
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other technology solutions for driving sales
