Job Details

• Meet manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing goals and objectives by clearly communicating expectations to staff and management. Plan,

monitor, measure, appraise and document achieved results.

• Continuously improve shop organization and work flow by monitoring steps of processes: observe staff, equipment and process variables.

Study and document methods, develop reporting procedures, implement cost reductions and eliminate waste of time and materials. Maximize
throughput and profitability.

• Complete production plan by assigning and scheduling staff in manufacturing and logistics positions. Establish priorities and monitor progress

to resolve problems. Document and report results to management.

• Complete plan and schedule of Repairs/ Warranty
• Develop staff through orientation, training, coaching, and document results.
• Motivate, counsel, and discipline staff to enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that the procurement function meets the demands of the production schedule while controlling the cost and quality of components and

services.

• He is responsible for Inventory: Maintain high inventory accuracy and organization in the warehouse and in the ERP system. Use our bin-

location system, Kanban cards and lean manufacturing principles and Cycle counting

• Keep working environment and equipment in good, clean operating condition through inspection, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain product and service quality standards and safe working conditions.
• Ensure consistency with technical specifications, drawings, and customer expectations.
• Lead complex special projects, to include the building of Mobile Ventilation Units.
• Oversee and document research and development projects.
• Coordinate with Leader Group production and development.
• Follow up Group KPI
• Excellent Team player and communicator with all other managers/ departments: sales, R&D, finance, accounting, customer service, marketing,

inside sales
