Kit Line Boxer - 1st shift

We need a Kit Line Boxer for 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up machinery, lifting, packaging and filling aquarium with specified materials and completing a final inspection of the product. The starting pay for this position is $18.00.

SHIFT: 5:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Thursday

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Set up tape machine, glue machine, and the automatic palletizer.
• Package aquariums and lift them onto roller line.
• Fill kit with specified components.
• Complete a final inspection of the product.
• Clean up work area, dispose of cardboard and garbage.
• Prepare for next day’s production.
• Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and work cooperatively with a team.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Plant environment with periodic visits to the office area.
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Exposed to any number of elements, but none present to the extent of being disagreeable.
• Noise level in the work environment varies with specific areas requiring hearing protection.
• Schedule may change due to business needs
