We are seeking positive-minded, coachable, high-energy team players to join our team. Brown & Brown Financial Legacy (BBFL) primary goal is to help bring balance to the professional and personal lives of independent insurance agents and agency builders across the country. We have over 70 insurance carriers and financial services that we are partnered up with.

Combining our Lead Program with business values of trust, integrity, and reliability, Brown & Brown Financial Legacy (BBFL) is committed to ensuring your personal goals and objectives can be successfully defined over the short, medium, and long term. We are consultants helping our clients find the best solutions to enhance and secure a financial legacy. The many advantages to this position include: working a flexible schedule while making a high income. No cold calling or door-to-door sales. You will only serve clients that have already requested our services via our industry-leading marketing program.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, and the insurance needs of our customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

High compensation, Commission-Based only Position, No guaranteed salary

  • Salary range: $80-$120k/yr Full Time/$40-80K/yr- Part-Time
  • 1st yr compensation Part Time: 1-2 sales/wk $500-1k ($25-$50k/yr)
  • Average 3-5 sales/wk $1,500-$2500 ($75-$125k/yr)
  • Above Average: 6-8 sales/wk: $3-4k ($175-$220k/yr)

Results are above-average / NOT GUARANTEED with significant growth in future years and ownership opportunities.

Many of our current new agents who follow our sales and training process have earned $80,000-$120,000 their first year.
