Position Title: Beach Server
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Beach Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
• Have full knowledge of the outlet menu
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling F&B
• Ability to properly utilize a POS System
• Other duties as assigned
Job Description:
The Beach Server is responsible for greeting all guests within their section and checking in throughout the day. Must be present during the pre-shift lineup meeting and understand all specials being offered that day. Must have knowledge of the menu and beverages offered including knowledge of allergies. Maintain cleanliness of the table throughout service and ensure all proper utensils are prepared to guests. Attend to all guests needs, ensure orders are properly charged, and any issues are resolved quickly. Ability to utilize a POS system and properly input orders. Responsible to help other team members with orders, cleaning table or other tasks they may need assistance with. Complete all closing duties to ensure all facilities are prepared for the next shift.
Shift: Flexible
Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE including Holidays and Weekends
Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer

• 2 years of serving experience
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• Ability to greet guests using proper language clearly and professionally

• Must be able to work in hot/cold conditions at any given time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
