Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Mid-senior level Module lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. Full stack developer having strong hands-on experience in developing Rich Web Applications using AngularJS, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, WebAPI tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good working experience in an offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in customer facing role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong in Java and Sprint Boot. Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience on AngularJS, preferably 2.0 and above.

• Must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing rich UI web applications using;

- HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap

- Java, Spring, Spring Boot, ORM Frameworks

- Database, experience in MongoDB is a plus

- Unit testing

- JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket

- Experience in Micro UI and Micro Services will be an advantage

- Any experience in cloud computing like AWS, Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) will be an added advantage

• Good understanding of TDD and unit testing

• Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development

• Must possess good design thinking, technical problem-solving skills.

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements & develop software as per project defined software process, Technical Design Principles & Pattern

• Good understanding of agile development with Scrum Practices, usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence

• Strong in applying design patterns and practices.

• Good experience in Test Driven Development, good understanding of BDD is an added advantage

Behavioral Skills :

• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

• Train and coach / mentor members of project group to ensure effective knowledge management activity

• At least 2 years of experience including;

- Able to work in Scrum model at offshore

- Able to communicate clearly in oral and writing

- Identify risks and escalate on time to customers and leaders

- Good in prioritizing work and time management

- Good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box

Qualification:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web application development

• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
