Program Manger

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Serve as technical PM supporting Microsoft Azure customers.

  • Manage time, cost and scope for onsite IT teams totaling approx. 6 to 7 FTEs. These teams deliver Systems Engineering and Systems Administration, for Sentris and Sentris integrated solutions.

  • Lead or assist with technical design and implementation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum team

  • Manage projects by developing project plans, developing/maintaining schedules, tracking progress, analyzing results and reporting

  • Responsible for managing the contract/task order cost with support from Program Control Analysts

  • Planning, scheduling, and updating program activities in MS Project, ADO, etc.

  • Identify high risk areas and presenting recommendations to management

  • Analyze and manage program metrics to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are in accordance with contract guidelines

  • Lead team in executing project tasks/activities, supervise work completion, perform quality reviews and report progress

  • Approve timesheets, complete employee career enablement check-ins, interview staff and assist with personnel management

  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key client personnel

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or other related scientific or technical discipline is preferred. Work experience or industry certifications demonstrating technical proficiency may be substituted for education requirements

  • 7+ years technical/project management experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of System Engineering Lifecycle phases and deliverables with Microsoft

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to lead and provide direction to highly technical personnel delivering complex technical solutions

  • Ability to analyze KPI and SLA data and provide insight or causation to variance or poor performance.

  • PMP or equivalent certification

Preferred Requirements:

  • IT technical knowledge and experience

  • Experience identifying and performing schedule risk analysis

  • Experience establishing/maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures

Clearance Requirements:

US Citizenship required and active SSBI Top Secret adjudicated within the last 6 years. Candidate will be submitted for SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.

  • The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
