Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Job Summary:
Provides financial analysis for finance leadership, three business units and corporate departments. The successful candidate will be capable of balancing timeliness and the details needed for accurate and insightful financial analysis and interpretation of the results. Work will include, but is not limited to, producing key business reports, scenario analysis, development of financial models, supporting forecasting process (including loading into the financial system), annual plan, monthly and quarterly results analysis.
*This is a "Hybrid" position - Ability to work from both office & remote.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Management reporting (monthly/quarterly/weekly) - a) analyze results vs. plan, forecast and prior year; b) support forecasting and annual planning process including regularly updating and generating system reports, providing guidelines for business assumption, coordinating submissions; and c) generate quarterly bonus calculation conforming to SOX guidelines.
- Support capital project processes including reviewing reports and providing feedback.
- Other responsibilities include but not limited to twice yearly Business Intelligence report, researching system discrepancies in reporting, analyzing financial impact of various projects/strategies and other ad hoc requests.
- Modelling, Scenario Analysis (with interpretation & recommendations) including annual update of Cost of Capital.
- Improve financial processes/streamline analysis/reporting steps.
- Support real estate function and insurance renewal process as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required - B.S. Accounting or Finance
Experience:
Required - Minimum 5+ years’ experience in similar role.
Desired - System experience: Oracle/Hyperion.
