About Gray Digital Media - (GDM):
Gray Digital Media is part of the corporate team at Gray. This position falls to the Digital Sales arm of GDM, which covers all elements of digital sales from design, to sales, operations, fulfillment and reporting.
Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media is looking for a strong leader with prior DSP and management experience to lead a team of media traders who will place all digital programmatic media buys in-house and execute from campaign inception to optimization. This position is remote.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage programmatic buys supporting branding and direct response across DSP platforms
• Regular review and optimization of campaigns across revenue, performance indicators, and budget pacing
• Analyze performance and unique opportunities to understand value provided by DSPs and other vendors
• Design tests to evaluate DSP platforms and varying campaign strategies
• Work with our teams to create optimization strategies that align with campaign goals, delivery, and performance
• Provide performance and audience insights for partner-facing campaign performance reports
• Help lead supply analysis and essential partner relationship development (PMPs)
• Advance programmatic mobile, video, and native strategies
• Manage 4+ Traders on the Programmatic team
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 5+ years digital marketing experience
• Self-service experience with demand-side platforms and ad servers
• Understanding of programmatic ecosystem including supply-side platforms / ad exchanges, data management platforms, brand safety partners, data partners, and publishers
• Any Marketing, Business, Programming, Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science degree/background is a plus
