The Associate Design Manager of Graphic Design & Branding is responsible for producing Graphic Design & Branding from concept to final artwork. Handles projects at all levels of complexity. Works under general supervision. Meets deadlines under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.You will report to the Director of Graphic Design.Responsibilities : Development of Graphic Design Branding for style guides and portfolios across multiple properties and cross divisionsIdeas generation for Franchise expansionArt style/new technique development to co-ordinate with trends in the market placeContribute new product ideas and participate in brainstorming sessionsResponsible for maintaining high Graphic Design & Branding standards for the regionDevelop a strong Graphic Design & Branding across GPCUnderstands Graphic Design & Branding and how it translates to productsFresh and inventive creative thinkerAwareness of marketplace trendsAble to present creative concepts on both formal and informal settingsStrong team playerBasic Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Art and Design4 years of related work experience in graphic design, character art or merchandise designExposure to multiple medium (sculpting, painting and drawing)Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design & BrandingStrong traditional and digital drawing skills, and concepting skillsPro-active / Can-do attitudeStrong creative computer skillsStrong typographic and color skillsAdditional Information : Our Benefits: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
