Description
- Leads by example by delivering quick food service and ensuring safety and best kitchen practices by the Krew
- Champions Kreation Service with careful attention to fast and accurate preparation of guest orders
- Committed to exceptional standards for quality, consistency, taste, presentation, and proper customization of orders
- Owns a wealth of knowledge regarding ingredients and allergens for all Kreation offerings; avoids cross-contamination
- Always finds a way to deliver a positive and Komplete guest experience, with accurate orders, complete with proper garnish and sides, at perfect serving temperatures!
- Sets an example to the Krew with always in-stock ingredients, FIFO rotation, and food labeling perfection!
- Notices and pushes high inventory before they go to waste, and communicates overages as needed
- Ensures enough product is ordered and prepped for use, and communicates par needs to the right parties
- Always has the right type and amount of service utensils, dishes, and supplies available and ordered
- Follows best practices regarding portioning, waste, sampling, Krew meals, and kitchen inventory management
Requirements
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds up to 5 times per shift.
- Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity.
- Flexible schedule, must be available weekends and closing shifts.
