Sales Coordinator



Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and Buyers by following up on a timely basis, with accurate information to ensure accounts with the status of their orders
  • Communicate and coordinate with order processing for accounts
  • Works closely with internal & external parties to develop baseline inventory requirements
  • Collaborates closely with all with all related parties including retail and OEM partners
  • Assist in building and maintaining rolling forecast plan major retail/OEM partners
  • Assist in utilizing market knowledge, customer insight, and feedback to keep the forecast accuracy
  • Monitors sell-out performance and potential issues or opportunities by identifying SKU performance and adjust accordingly
  • Work with the Accounting Department to resolve payment
  • Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English & Korean) is a MUST – Proficient Korean reading, writing and speaking skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP plus
