Sales Coordinator
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and Buyers by following up on a timely basis, with accurate information to ensure accounts with the status of their orders
- Communicate and coordinate with order processing for accounts
- Works closely with internal & external parties to develop baseline inventory requirements
- Collaborates closely with all with all related parties including retail and OEM partners
- Assist in building and maintaining rolling forecast plan major retail/OEM partners
- Assist in utilizing market knowledge, customer insight, and feedback to keep the forecast accuracy
- Monitors sell-out performance and potential issues or opportunities by identifying SKU performance and adjust accordingly
- Work with the Accounting Department to resolve payment
- Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Korean) is a MUST – Proficient Korean reading, writing and speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to accuracy.
- Experience with SAP plus
