Essential Duties • Provide quality customer service via phone, email, tickets, and chat.

• Open trouble tickets for specific customer issues.

• Explain product options and related charges clearly and concisely.

• Navigate through appropriate customer service systems and tools in a timely manner while servicing the customer. (CRM application) primary tool.

• Assist consumers in making payments by phone, and/or offers other payment options for the customer.

• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others as needed.

• Maintain quality scores and call center metrics.

• Promote self-service tools such as IVR and Web etc.

• Inform customers of promotions and/or new or upgraded products.

• Quotes rates and encourages customers to utilize prepay options.

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.Robert Half is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist for a busy client near the Park 100 area on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. This role is HYBRID and we are seeking individuals that are open to working IN OFFICE on Mondays and Fridays and REMOTE on Tuesday-Thursday.

• Maintain quality scores and call center metrics.

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

  • Have at least six months of customer service experience
  • Have high speed internet access
  • Preferably, have previous Contact Center and/or work from home experience
  • Have strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
  • Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a hybrid environment
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Be courteous and friendly with a high degree of professionalism
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
