Accounting Assistant/ Billing Coordinator

Compensation: $45000.00 to $50000.00 yearly

Your responsibilities:
- Processing Invoicing - Via web-based service ERSP and QuickBooks
- Processing the Client Payment through ACH, Credit Cards and submission of Long-Term Care Insurance
- Applying payments to the open AR
The ideal Accounting Assistant/ Billing Coordinator will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Accounting Assistant/ Billing Coordinator position include and are not limited to:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Products such as Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Long Term Care Insurance preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices
