The Marketing & Promotions Manager, North America position is for you, if you would enjoy:
Planning and executing global marketing programs
Supporting the marketing needs of the business to maximize all available opportunities to drive sales
Generating event and promotional communications that create excitement and enhances the passenger experience when visiting our stores
Key Accountabilities - your team is counting on you as a Marketing & Promotions Manager to:
Coordinate full cycle marketing initiatives across multiple locations and countries in collaboration with stakeholders including in-store marketing campaigns, POS support material
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and related activities, working closely with the International Marketing team in Switzerland
Lead design and creative briefs to airport partners for externally coordinated campaigns and promotions
Lead online and print marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team
Manage external agencies, where necessary, with clear objectives and budget control ensuring no duplication with other marketing colleagues
Responsible for developing, tracking, and reporting results of campaigns
Uses relevant planning and sales forecasting tools to ensure the sale and profitability of products, marketing promotions and activities, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends; recommending actions to maximize effectiveness and ROI where appropriate
Work in conjunction with the wider marketing, commercial and operations teams and local retail teams, taking responsibility for promotional and seasonal activities, increased penetration and spending opportunities, maximizing online and offline communications including experiential/containment activities
Work with vendors to ensure their brands are appropriately represented in all appropriate marketing promotions and encourages engagement in promotional opportunities with WDFG and the airport
Keep all signage fresh and up to date
Ensure consistency of Brand Standards across all units
Marketing & Promotions Manager Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing coordinator / manager role
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and relevant software
Strong team player
Strong relationship management skills
Good presentation skills- written and verbal
