**New Hospital** Experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Desert Ark Veterinary Care has a new hospital in town! We are a hybrid model of general practice and urgent care services. Located in uptown Phoenix we are on 6107 N. 7th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and passionate about the client experience. We opened on March 1 and are growing rapidly.
Desert Ark is a wonderful place to work. We are highly selective and make sure to hire the right person in the right seat. The next CSR that is hired into our clinic will be communicative, energetic, and upbeat. They will come with a desire to serve the patients and the humans attached to increase the human-animal bond.

Responsibilities
- Accurate scheduling of patient appointments
- Triage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome of the patient
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused and driven to help others
- A Can-Do attitude is required
- Great phone etiquette and tone
- Personal initiative for growth and learning
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Follow up and follow-through
- GED / High School Diploma (minimum)
- 2+ years experience within a full-service Veterinary Hospital / Clinic
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
