We at Eurasia Feather Co. are the leading supplier feathers used in down feather bedding and apparel industry. Located in Central Grand Rapids, we are responsible for the stuffing of high-quality products such as luxury comforters, pillows, and duvets.

Associates for this position are accountable for performing all tasks involved in the production of Eurasia Co. products. This includes but is not limited to, washing, baling, mixing, sorting, moving bags, and following standard work methods and practice safe work habits

Main Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of production experience
Openness to learn new skills

Required Task:

• Performs work as directed by production schedule and Production Supervisor.
• Receiving product from production lines. Fills, sews, packs or otherwise assembles the materials to produce finished product.
• Labeling properly each item from production line
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Ensure accuracy of packed, finished goods into correct packaging material and boxes.
• Prepare daily production report to be review by Production Supervisor.
• Notify Production Supervisor regarding mechanical or material inefficiencies.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor to ensure the quality of the product.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Assist other areas of production as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
