Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess the training and organizational development needs within the claims department
• Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports
• Develop and manage online training tools and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
• 2+ years of experience working with adult learning theory and principles
• Medical claims processing experience utilizing Facets and NetworX

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
• ATD Membership (The Association of Talent Development)
• Adult classroom training experience
• Experience with virtual presentations
• Experience creating and implementing training processes and procedures

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
