Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the training and organizational development needs within the claims department
- Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
- Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
- Report training metrics and generate training related reports
- Develop and manage online training tools and training materials

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
- 2+ years of experience working with adult learning theory and principles
- Medical claims processing experience utilizing Facets and NetworX
Preferred Qualifcations:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- ATD Membership (The Association of Talent Development)
- Adult classroom training experience
- Experience with virtual presentations
- Experience creating and implementing training processes and procedures

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
