The opportunity
Analytics is revolutionizing many areas of business and the management of people is no exception. EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) Analytics group leads insights-driven analytics activities to help our clients identify the drivers of key workforce processes. As a member of PAS Analytics, you will be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences including: helping clients understand how to most effectively utilize their data, ensuring pay equity for all demographics, predicting which employees are most likely to succeed, and developing custom analytic solutions for unique client challenges.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a team to lead people analytics enabled solutions – from generating insights to the identification of changes to people programs and workforce structures. You will also support our internal growth as a practice and take an active role in enhancing our capabilities. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships with clients and colleagues. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges. You should also demonstrate relevant technical skills in designing and delivering projects.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in an analytics related field
- Previous experience working in a data analytics, data modelling or data scientist capacity, either in a professional services environment or corporate inhouse analytics function
- Experience in applying analytical techniques to solve problems such as descriptive statistics, data visualization, predictive forecasting, etc
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise, challenge and influence clients
- Project management experience, planning, budget management, and reporting
- Proficiency with at least one of the following: R, Stata, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL or other relevant analytics tools
- Experience coaching and developing teams and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel as needed
