Manager, Paid Media
Welcome to CA, a Manhattan-based creative agency with a focus on social media and influencer marketing. We are currently looking for a Manager, Paid Media to join our amazing team; the ideal candidate will be able to create comprehensive paid strategies, from planning to execution to reporting.
This role provides an opportunity to partner with some of the best brands across luxury lifestyle industries, including leading names in hospitality, beauty, fashion, and real estate. You will work closely across all major social channels, leading paid and analytics.
What you’ll be doing?
- Manage Paid Social campaigns for our clients across Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across clients
- End-to-end planning, including strategy, execution, and reporting
- Follow the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance
- Provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage tools and services, as well as how the agency can continuously improve practices as well
- Reporting of paid social campaigns, analysis of effectiveness, delivering insight and recommendations to our clients
- A/B test planning, execution, and analysis to maximize overall results and scale
- Proactive in measurement solutions for clients including lift studies and attribution considerations
- Lead innovations with new platforms and partners – this includes identifying new formats/partners/channels for brand campaigns, coordinating tracking, execution & reporting.
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years experience of managing paid social campaigns on all channels, with an emphasis on Facebook/Instagram
- Experience with paid search/Google Adwords a plus
- Strong communicator with the ability to prioritize deliverables and adhere to deadlines
- Diligent in planning, managing and monitoring client budget and performance
- Someone with a can-do attitude who likes a challenge
- Ability to advise on optimizing content to perform highly on specific platforms.
- Experience with 3rd party tools eg Datastudio, Agorapulse, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, and native analytic tools
- Experience managing paid social budgets and optimizing for client KPIs
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and measuring attribution across channels
- Data-led approach to your work (with a creative streak!)
Note: We are currently in-person in office in Tribeca 1x/week. Must be able to attend in person. The rest of the week is remote.
