Apartment Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our properties are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our properties for damage and deferred maintenance, and conduct routine maintenance on our properties to keep them running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. $15 - $20 hourly DOE

• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on structural, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Inspect properties for damages and repair as needed
• Keep records of repairs and maintenance
• Handle additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Follow specs and plans, execute and coordinate remodeling jobs
• Lawncare and landscaping
