Job Description
Position Overview:
The Customer Service position entails working as the liaison between our company, and its current and potential customers. Including order processing, solving customer inquiries, and utilizing documentation skills in SAP, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
⮚ Management of inbound and outbound calls. There is no selling.
⮚ Data entry of customers’ orders
⮚ Retrieve data from customers portals, and enter orders in our system
⮚ Ensure mandatory queue coverage
⮚ Provide customers with product and service information
⮚ Provide product troubleshooting over the phone
⮚ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
⮚ Build strong customer relationships
⮚ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
⮚ Previous experience in a customer service role
⮚ Strong phone, verbal, and active listening communication skills
⮚ Experience in SAP and Salesforce is a plus
⮚ Computer experience and aptitude.
⮚ Documentation skills, and the ability to analyze information
