JOB SUMMARY
Change Management Treasury Director, is a critical role for Treasury Transformation,will lead change management, relationship management with internal and external key stakeholders, strategic projects, and programs within treasury.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of change and understands how to leverage key stakeholders to implement changes across large complex global projects within large Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for indirect leadership and support of a team of project resources across multiple departments and business units. Supporting the development of communication and training strategies and plans including conducting background research and content development to support finance projects and initiatives. They will build lasting relationship and in charge of relationship management and keep the Treasury function organized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of robust communications and engagement strategy and plan aligned to the project plan and time frames
Managing relationships with key change stakeholders
Oversees and tracks project performance
Promotes transparency and collaboration across all stakeholders, departments, and external vendors.
Impact assessment: to and create a change impact assessment.
Training strategy: To support in the development of a training strategy and plan for change impacted employees, managers, and local teams
Works directly with project key stakeholders and is responsible for briefing executive audiences where needed. Effectively prepares executives for changes, delivers key messages.
Implements metrics to measure all programs finance benefits, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage outsourced operational processes, to include defining and measuring critical KPIs and metrics
Conduct regular business reviews to track outsourced performance, and track areas that need improvement to target areas of focus and performance monitoring
Collaborate with Treasury Leadership to ensure outsourced processes are documented
Assess, monitor, and communicate outsourced costs, project status and key learnings to partners
Manage escalations from outsourcing partners, identify issues and take swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate
Drives technology implementation and coordinates effective testing, go-live and stabilization independently or as part of a wider transformation.
Drives standardization of business/financial processes through the programs. Provides guidance on consistent application of project management methodologies, ensuring successful delivery of projects/programs consistent with strategic plans.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, businesspeople, and management. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to effectively interact with management, employees, auditors, etc. and respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports and manuals using distinctive style. Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with business partners, key employees, top management, and client groups on various projects.

**Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Treasury Director - Change Management position is $115,100 annually and the maximum salary for the Treasury Director - Change Management position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
