The Inpatient Rehab Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of nursing care provided on the assigned unit. Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation for compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies. Assist in the implementation of Performance Improvement activities.

Job Details
The Inpatient Rehab Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of nursing care provided on the assigned unit. Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation for compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies. Assist in the implementation of Performance Improvement activities.
Ideal Candidate qualification:
- BSN - Post Graduate Degree Preferred
- RN License in the State of Texas
- 3-5 years of experience as staff nurse in the clinical practice of inpatient rehab
- 3-5 years of previous Management experience
- National certification strongly desired.
