Job Description

4 weeks assignment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Identify the needs of customers.
  • Resolve issues
  • Provide solutions.
  • Lodge complaints.
Education:
  • High school diploma.
Required:
  • Excellent communications skills.
