Customer Content Specialist

We’re looking to hire a Customer Content Specialist for our leading global client company in public relations, marketing, and social media management technology.

Office locations are Cleveland, OH 44114 OR Albuquerque, NM 87109.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

In this full-time direct hire role, you would assist with editing, proofing, and processing across numerous platforms to handle customer inquiries.

This position has multiple shifts available Sunday- Thursday and Monday- Friday with full benefits and growth opportunities.
