Quality Control Coordinator

E.C. Styberg Engineering in Racine is hiring a Quality Control Coordinator immediately

• Pay will be based on experience and ranges between $15-20/hr. to start

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with the Quality Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and SPC Coordinator on daily tasks
• Update Control Plans
• Update Work Instructions
• Distribute SPC data
• Processing certification information for inspection
• Input schedules for customers
• Process new PO’s and maintain filing of PO’s
• Maintain weekly spreadsheets and graphs
• Help with expediting parts
• Set-up shipping memos for outside processing
• Contact outside vendors for order status
• Help with correcting inventory and updating oracle
• Temporary receptionist in the lobby, as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of previous experience supporting a QA/QC department
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to type 50 WPM
• Ability to carry out basic clerical duties (filing, copying)
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to stand for a ten (10) hour day
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to communicate effectively, in written and verbal form, to co-workers and supervisory personnel clearly and concisely
