This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Cash Payments Associate

Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Cash Payments Associate will include:

• Compensation (Range): 23 / hour
• The Cash Payments Associate is responsible for timely research and resolution of all payment returns, rejects, repairs, voids, stop pays and exceptions.
• Performing daily tie-in for check, ACH and wire payments for US and Canada
• Ensuring daily SOX key and secondary controls are maintained at all times and that documents/reports are received and balanced
• Working with business units, vendors and disbursing banks to resolve and complete same day stop payments, voids, returns, repairs, rejects and exceptions
• Researching, reconciling, identifying, and applying incoming receipts detail (wire, ACH, check)
• Printing and inserting checks/advices for Payroll, PRA , Division Order
• Maintaining and analyzing issues logs for process improvements and efficiencies and budget needs
• Maintaining group process documents and maps
• Assisting and supporting various team projects

Job Requirements

As a Cash Payments Associate you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and Word), Kyriba and SAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
