The Sikich Human Capital Management Advisory Team has been retained by Heritage Werks to identify a Senior Account Manager to add to their team of professionals.

POSITION SUMMARY

If so, we would like to talk with you about our Senior Account Manager opportunity!

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading agency relationships across professional sports, luxury and fashion brands, and DOW 30 clientele. Serving as the liaison between agency professionals and clients, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and deepening existing client relationships. This role, based out of Dallas, TX, is a remote/hybrid opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage day-to-day account relationships.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including our archival team, research team, project management, creative, media, finance and billing. Create and present account briefs to client teams.
  • Confidently pitch conceptual proposals and champion solutions to senior-level client contacts.
  • Work to onboard and set the strategy for new clients.
  • Lead communications with clients - verbal and written, including regular executive updates, tailored to a client's specific needs.
  • Set expectations with clients that incorporate realistic internal deadlines and work with client teams to ensure that delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Work with clients to understand their communications and brand strategies.
  • Work with project management to ensure all project activity aligns with the client's strategy throughout the engagement and serve as a final quality check before deliverables are sent to clients.
  • Surface new opportunities with clients and collaborate with internal teams to create related proposals.
  • Travel required to visit client sites, as needed, and occasional travel to Heritage Werks Headquarters, located in the Atlanta area, is required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Six - eight years of client service and brand strategy experience, with prior experience managing and growing high-level client relationships, resulting in new business opportunities.
  • Prior experience working in marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Comfortable pitching new ideas and solutions to key decision makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-starter attitude that shows initiative and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
