Looking for a project manager to oversee multiple projects for a single client, ranging from 10k to 20k SF commercial fit-ups. This individual will have the opportunity to develop into design director for this boutique architect firm.

Description

Project Manager - Boutique Architect Firm - Lynnfield, MA - Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects
• Oversee design team
• Participate in all phases of the design process, from schematic design through construction administration and installation
• Work closely with clients towards a finished project that meets the standards of both client and firm.

Profile

Project Manager - Boutique Architect Firm - Lynnfield, MA - Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Commercial Project experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in architecture

Job Offer
