Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Nights

A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a promising Nurse Supervisor position with their Night shift staff at one of their Brooklyn facilities. Under the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor (RN) will be responsible for the clinical and operational management of assigned nursing units.

• Ensuring that standards of practice for nursing and patient care are maintained
• Participating in developing and implementing departmental plans and programs
• Supervising activities of assigned units
• Providing data and/or preparing reports on activities, etc. as required
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 4+ years of Nursing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
