Title: Technical - Product Manager (Lifecycle Marketing Manager)

Location: Chicago, IL or Remote

Duration: 3 Contract to Hire

Job Description:

  • Role is divided into three different areas:
  • Customer 360 (info/data) survey to get info about customers.
  • Create Programs and retention
  • Create campaigns and customer experience journeys

Summary

  • The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation of programs to improve customer experience and preference for our business solutions. The role is responsible for creating, developing and owning customer lifecycle marketing programs that will be executed in the field. This role collaborates with marketing, sales, sales operations and other cross-functional teams to develop best in class content, user experience, solutions, pricing and promotions to drive increased loyalty. The role partners with customer insights team to measure, track and improve Net promoter Score (NPS) for business customers.
  • Conduct fact-based analysis and develop insights to identify leading indicators for churn.
  • Work with Marketing Analytics teams to draw insights and actions for cross-sell/upsell opportunities for targeted accounts.
  • Partner with customer insights team and third-party agencies to plan and conduct customer research and NPS surveys.
  • Develop marketing strategy and campaigns targeted towards existing customers to drive engagement with the right content.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and strategic operations team to develop promotions and offers to mitigate churn.
  • Development of sales enablement content and training for customer engagements.
  • Develop and execute key business metrics for engagement and retention strategies within the Business Organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop fact based, data driven, holistic lifecycle programs that will focus on relevant value proposition and offers that retain business customers.
  • Establish and drive with cross functional teams, specific responses, actions and execution to exceed Net Activations objectives.
  • Assist cross functional support teams (Network, Care, Pricing Contract Analysis, Product, Marketing) to identify customer specific solutions for retaining existing customer business (measured by deactivation volume and rates), as well as to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years of Strategy, Planning and Marketing experience in B2B Environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets in excel to develop insights and create programs
  • Ability to tell a story based on data
  • Demonstrated leadership success and abilities including establishing strategic direction and delivering results through cross-functional collaboration and organizational involvement
  • Proven program management skills, including effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Well organized, strong administrative and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills at all levels in the organization including Senior Executive Management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access etc.)
  • Some travel may be required


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Relevant B2B technology marketing experience, primarily in telecommunication, technology, and/or start-up companies
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality
  • Prior experience tackling ambiguous complex problems in a changing marketplace and creating effective solutions/responses
