Job Description
Eternapure is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Call Center to help our mission in changing lives. This position requires individuals to work within the Call Center on company property (remote positions unavailable).

Responsibilities
• Provide accurate solutions to assist customers and Representatives for their inquiries
• Review customer and Representative accounts within company systems
• Assist customers and Representatives with placing orders, as well as training
• Collaborate with peers to improve customer service operations
• Track details of comments, inquires, and actions with appropriate systems
• Additional duties deemed necessary by management for efficient business operation

Requirements
• Open availability Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm
• Experience in customer service via phone and email

• Friendly/pleasant voice over phone
