Overview

The Operation Manger is responsible for the daily business operations and working in collaboration with the Branch General Manager to support branchs needs. This includes all aspects of pharmacy operations, nursing, intake functions and distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Works seamlessly with the branch General Manager or the Regional Director, Operation (RDO) to ensure the branch achieves and maintains profitability and fiscal responsibility in care of the interests of the shareholders.

  • Works to ensure the company operates within the parameters of the budget.

  • Ensures consistent timeliness for all communications related to referrals (referral source, patients, physicians)

  • Assures that documentation in CPR+ is timely and complete related to referrals, benefit and eligibility checks and communications

  • Assures that pending referrals are monitored regularly and that appropriate follow up is documented

  • Ensures compliance with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care, including those of accrediting organizations.

  • Perform or delegate audits periodically to ensure compliance; investigate, resolve and report any compliance issues.

  • Ensure profitability of referrals.

  • Works in collaboration with the companys finance, accounting and AP teams to manage the branches AR to goals.

  • Treat all information and data within the scope of the position with appropriate confidentiality and security and understand and adhere to all state and federally mandated standards regarding confidentiality and patient rights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of pharmacy operations management required.

  • Knowledge of CPR+ operating system preferred

  • Strong math and verbal ability required.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
