Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

Key responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service by interacting professionally and effectively with customers, providers, and internal department
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with appropriate internal and external work partners
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
1 year Call Center Customer Service, experience preferred
