What will I be doing?
The Manager of IT Integration manages Integration Developers and guides and drives the Delivery of all Integration Team results, The Manager will also be responsible for managing the Integration Teams Operations and Production Support Personnel and Processes and help with tailoring and streamline any existing processes if necessary. This role includes responsibilities of coordination, planning, and implementation of middleware needed for software integrations both internally and via third-party applications. Also collaborate with other development teams to help with the completion and collaborator support for all application development efforts where integration work needs to be done.
You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage the Integration Developers (Drive daily Stand up calls, Sprint Planning, Code Reviews, Sprint Demos, Documentation on Wiki and Sharepoint and tailor any processes to custom fit the environment as applicable)
- Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members
- Manage the Production Support Resources and streamline their processes wherever applicable
- Develop and maintain integrations standards.
- Define, develop, and maintain technology stack to be used by integrations team
- Gap analysis and assessment on integrations design
- Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture
- Supervise development and support of batch and back-end processes related to the application portfolio
- Assist with incident response, solve, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Communicate project status to various levels of management
- Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions, align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures
- Performance monitoring, Performance tuning (able to read CPU, Memory, GC logs, threads), derive inference and troubleshoot.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Background in Integrations, ESB
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 Years of related experience
- 3+ Years of management of supervisory experience as Technical Lead/Dev Manager
It would be preferred in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, REST JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
- Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management
- Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery, test automation and regression tests.
- MS/MA/Master's Degree
- 6-8 Years of related experience
- 4+ Years supervisory experience
