The Position


This position serves as the first point of contact for our all guest. The ideal candidate will use their outgoing personality and effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service assistance to all guests and employees.


What You'll Get to Do:


  • Welcome all visitors and provide them with professional customer service
  • Receive and process deliveries and company mail
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Maintain the front office and other common areas in an orderly manner
  • Light clerical tasks
  • Support the Physician Team and Administrative staff
