Customer Service

Kittannings Got Talent in Kittanning, PA is looking for 5 customer service Agents to join our team. We are located at 234 Chestnut St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing for their Audition
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
