Caregiver - Weekend Nights

Awake overnight Caregiver roles now available for experienced PCA, HHA or CNA.
Up to $23 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise (wage range is $16 - 23). Retention bonus of $1,000 for part time.
Our staff to resident ratio is 1:6 on nights in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and ensuring our homes are clean and meals ready for the next day.
Shift times: Saturday & Sunday Nights - 10 pm - 6 am. Potential to pick up other days during the week.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of direct caregiving experience
- Able to provide cares as needed on nights (repositioning, toileting/changing briefs, medications, etc.)
- Experience preforming housekeeping & basic meal prep/cooking duties
- Able to pass the MDH background check
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for entire shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Current vaccinations for COVID19 required prior to working with Residents for all new staff
- Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
Primary Responsibilities of our Home Health Aides (CNA/HHA/PCA):
- Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
- Support Residents by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing meals and distributing medication
