Manufacturing Process Engineer – Tier 1 Automotive - Wentzville, MO – Direct Hire



Responsibilities

• Assesses processes and efficiency of plant operations.

• Train and supervise production and maintenance associates.

• Assist in establishing training methods for assembly processes.

• Planning, coordination and implementation of various projects.

• Trouble-shoot assembly equipment, mechanics and PLC programming.

• Provide guidance in equipment selection.

• Implement process improvements.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or four years related experience.


• Experience with machining & automation


• Experience trouble-shooting assembly equipment, mechanics and PLC programming.


• Strong written and oral communication skills.


• Computer literacy and proficiency are also required (advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point and AutoCAD).
