Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize results from provider efficiency rating models to help our provider organizations help set up their specialist referral network
- Monitor the impact of specialist referral initiatives using episodic data
- Medical informatics related projects using Symmetry data to support our provider organizations
- Comfortable working with large and imperfect data sets making reasonable assumptions along the way
- Concisely summarize and communicate the results of complex analytics
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to make strategic decisions supported by data
This position will require an understanding of provider efficiency rating models as well as Symmetry episodic costs. Candidate should have demonstrated ability working within cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership. Successful candidates will have solid people, project, change and data management skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical healthcare capacity involving claim detail and claim analytics
- Intermediate skill level with SAS and/or SQL
- MS Excel Advanced skillset, creating Excel dashboards
- Experience building dashboards and visual data representation using Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, network analytics, performing analysis on large sets of facility and professional claim data for a payer/health plan or provider/care delivery system
- Familiarity with Symmetry ETG/PEG/ERG modules
- Advanced proficiency working with queries, familiarity with at least one of the following business intelligence and statistical tools - MS-SQL, SAS
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The Salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The Salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
