Experienced Management (Resource Manager) - Contractor

EY currently has a Contract opportunity for an Experience Management (Resource Manager) to lend specific subject matter knowledge around resource management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review actual and projected utilization, anticipate availability, and proactively work to decrease unassigned time while balancing the workload of all client serving professionals supported.
• Resolves conflicts with engagement team members to identify appropriate alternatives in a timely manner.
• Builds relationships and communicates continuously with client service professionals to identify personal schedule preferences and/or career development issues.
• Provides resource planning analysis to assist in supporting the region's fiscal planning activities.
• Coordinates with the Americas Talent Team (ATT) regarding client serving personnel issues, appropriate trainings, development plans, etc.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Previous People Management experience preferred
• Strong MS Office—Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint
• Travel may be required
