Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic account planning and overall relationship management for multiple active client accounts and contracts nationwide
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within active client accounts
  • Proactively engage multiple contacts within accounts to build strategic relationships, positioning long term opportunities for JLM Strategic Talent Partners
  • Ownership of all assigned accounts; fully knowledgeable and accountable for the overall service delivery and candidate/customer experience.
  • Responsible for closing open requisitions by presenting qualified candidates to the client, managing the interview process and setting the expectation for both parties at the offer stage
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates and enhances the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate internal communication with other departments to ensure a superior candidate and customer experience.
  • Consistently meet internal KPIs in regards to candidate placement

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of strategic relationship building experience required
  • Bachelors Degree or higher required
  • Recruiting/staffing industry experience highly preferred
  • Account management experience a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing business environment
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Having the ability to identify/create new business opportunities with active and inactive client accounts
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong ability to anticipate the clients needs
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite Experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM Systems preferred
