Job Description
In this role, the Customer Service Representative will identify customer requirements and work with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. We suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and are customer advocates supporting internal/extern partner calls as well as manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
2+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business environment.
Proven experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP).
Validated experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Spanish/English bilingual is required.
