Trillium Construction is now hiring a Superintendent in West LA to begin working immediately!
This will be a contract position for 3 months to help create a parking lot for a Veteran's hospital. Our client had successfully completed over 45 projects for the government. Most of their contracts have occurred in operating hospital environments! Schedule is M-F, 40+ a week! Pay is up to $60 an hour DOE. This will be a field setting!
Duties include:
-Subcontractor coordination
-Develop short term schedules and maintain a construction timeline
-Provide detailed daily reports on progress
-Enforce safety
-Labor and material control

Qualifications

-Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be computer literate and know how to use different construction software
-Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Superintendent
-Must be able to complete/pass a background check
