Location: Turtle Creek, PA

Description:

A Material Handler is responsible for moving and storing various materials within the warehouse. The main duties include loading and unloading material with a fork truck, recording receiving transations into the ERP system based on the vendor’s packing slip.

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare inventory kits
• Drive fork truck
• Load/unload material from trucks
• Move material around the warehouse and production floor
• Perform transfers of material in ERP system with a scan gun and computer
• Label products
• Identify and locate correct products during the delivery process
• Assist in physical inventory counts

Physical Demands & Abilities:

• Must be able to lift to a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long hours (10 or 12-hour shifts)/ weekends on an as needed basis
• Must have the ability to work in a team environment
• Operate within existing safety guidelines

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
• Must have reliable transportaion
• Familiarity with ERP systems a plus
• Forklift experience
