Baristas are primarily responsible for customer service, product production, and all other elements of customer satisfaction in the Coffee bar within Ridley's. They are involved in all product production, cleanliness, cashiering, and customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience and want to return to the store and the Coffee bar within the store specifically. It can be a high pressure and fast paced job at busy times and it requires self motivated people to stay busy with pre preparation, cleaning, and other tasks when it is slower but the most important characteristic of a successful barista is a great positive and outgoing personality.
