This role is designed to be a liaison between the organization, employees and Human Resources to facilitate Human Resources initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, policy review and other various Human Resources processes. Key Responsibilities will include and will not be limited to: Guides managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resources issues. management, Gives support and guidance to senior leaders regarding succession planning, career development and talent management. Studies employee engagement and culture issues and develops programs and solutions. Prepares documentation for terminations, last paychecks, severance checks, separation agreements and releases, and other materials required. Provides back-up to other Human Resources Partners and Human Resources team members as required. All other tasks as assigned.
