A healthcare network in Texas is currently seeking a new Certified Surgical Technician for a promising opportunity with their team in Houston.

Responsibilities:

The Certified Surgical Technician will be responsible for:

• Preparing the Operating Room for surgery
• Sterilizing equipment and assuring adequate equipment for surgery
• Preparing patients for surgery
• Assisting the Surgeons during all surgeries
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• TX Certified Surgical Technician
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communicaiton skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
