Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

This is a FULL-TIME position, working on-site with NO travel. We have been in business for over 30 years and have over 200 employees! We are a national food manufacturer with over 6 plants across the US. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 17% and are currently looking to continue to grow due to improving our product line over the last decade.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer with Manufacturing Industry experience, preferably in the heavy industrial industry. Our machinery runs at over 150 horsepower, with 10-foot shafts on blenders, leveraging Mill equipment. This is a full-time position on-site to keep our machinery running at an optimal rate. We are seeking someone who understands the root cause and can help solve problems to ensure they do not occur again!

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide technical support and oversight in the acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards are incorporated into new designs and manufacturing improvements.
- Develop and coordinate process improvement projects to increase productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
- Oversee routine and non-routine repairs.
- Directs the execution of improvements to the Preventative Maintenance program.
